Perfect and magnificent location close to which has a good selection, Laganas, Porto Zorro, Banana Beach, and the centre of town, and the room was beautifully decorated. Accommodating staff, I liked them all.

I always choose this place for my stay because it has everything I need: Wi-Fi, free parking, kitchen utensils, air conditioning. The staff even helped me find my lost necklace. So, no regrets, I'm coming back for my next trip.

Mr. & Mrs. Konstantin are incredibly helpful and go above and beyond to make your stay amazing. The apartment is beautifully designed with everything you need, including a lovely balcony and stunning garden. The walk to the city is not a problem, and there are local shops nearby. The Wi-Fi is strong, making it a great place for workcation. The staff is attentive and even provided a new pillow that suited my preferences. Nikos, the owner, is friendly and offers airport shuttle service. The tours and restaurants recommended by Nikos were fantastic. The 3 bedroom apartment easily accommodated our group of friends.

We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful accommodation. the staff were incredibly helpful and kind, making us feel truly at home. the location was perfect, providing a quiet retreat close to the city center. the rooms were impeccably tidy and the gardens were absolutely adorable, with the added bonus of being able to organize a grill there. The cleaning service was professional and we loved the company of the friendly neighborhood cats. Cons: Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like 😊.

The apartment at Filoxenia Luxury Studios & Apartments was absolutely amazing! It had four separate, air-conditioned bedrooms with private bathrooms, so everyone had their own space. The furnished balcony was a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. Plus, having a TV and mini fridge in each room was so convenient. I felt like I was staying in a luxurious home away from home, perfect for a group of friends or a family like us who wanted to be close to the beach.

Personally, I found the brightly colored walls in the air-conditioned studio a bit too vibrant for my taste. However, I understand that some people might appreciate the lively and unique ambiance it creates.

The apartment we stayed in was exactly as shown in the photos and was very clean and comfortable. We were impressed by the hospitality of the host, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He offered us transportation from the airport, provided us with recommendations for places to visit, and even helped us with renting a car. The communication with the host was smooth and easy, making our trip stress-free.

There was nothing that we didn't like about our stay at the apartment. We were actually sad to leave this amazing place.

My husband and I had the best stay at Filoxenia Studios in Zakynthos! The studio was modern, clean, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the courtyard was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee. We loved the quiet location that was still within walking distance of the city center. Nikos, our host, was amazing and gave us great advice for exploring the island. We also appreciated the airport shuttle service and the cute kitties that were always around. Don't hesitate to book here for an amazing stay in Zakynthos!
